About us

The Carers Support Team offers a wide range of services aimed at providing on-going support and advice to carers in order to help them cope with the stress of caring for someone on an ongoing basis. 

We are a small team dedicated to providing help and advice to anyone providing care at home, from a parent of a child with a disability to carers of working age, right through to older people.
