... my name is Julia Pitt and I am a deaf advocate for Birmingham, working on the behalf of deafPLUS.

My role is to support people with hearing loss and also to provide Carer support for those caring for a deaf person or vice versa. 

I can also help with:

• Housing support
• Letter Translation
• Form filling
• Interpreter booking
• DDA
• Employment support

I am also able to accompany people in different situations where they would need me to speak up for them to get their viewpoint across.

I am flexible with my time and I also do home visits.
