Support for getting into employment
Please find organisations that offer support to Carers to help you get a job. You can expect to find assistance with such activities as CV preparation, job application forms, interview techniques or job search techniques.
Dress for Success
Dress for Success is one of the many services offered by Birmingham City Library's Business Insight. It is primarily aimed those wishing to be successful at work - perhaps it is an interview, or an important meeting. However all Carers are welcome to use this service.
Volunteering Opportunities
Please find a list of organisations offering various volunteering opportunities. As a Carer you will have many skills to offer as a volunteer. Volunteering is a wonderful way for Carers to meet other people, learn new skills and gain confidence, and it provides valuable experience if you are looking to get into employment.
