About the Course

Are you a Carer?
Would you like to learn new skills?
Would you like to take more control of your life?

The Looking After Me course is designed specifically for Carers and looks at:

      • Relaxation techniques
      • Dealing with tiredness
      • Exercise and Healthy eating
      • Coping with depression
      • Communicating with family, friends and professionals
      • Planning for the future


It was almost like someone gave me permission to think about myself and what I wanted

The group worked. It was two way – I gained and I could also give

 

The course is free and runs for 6 weeks (1x3 hour session per week including lunch and refreshments).
