Tai Chi (for the over 50's)

Tai Chi Classes run by The Allens Croft Project

If you're looking to improve your mobility and wellbeing, and are over 50 this may be the class for you!  Tai Chi is a relaxing exercise, improving balance, muscle power and mental stimulation.  This is just one of the many activities run by the Allens Croft Project for anyone who is over 50.

Tai Chi style exercise improves your ability to relax and reduces your levels of stress.  This gentle-flowing exercise helps to keep you supple, improves balance and coordination, strengthens the muscles and improves breathing functions.  It is also suitable for people with mobility problems as it can be done seated.  It is suitable for men and women.

The class is run in conjunction with Keepmoat Logoand              Bham and Black Country Community Foundation Logo

The cost is £2 per person per class.
